Welcome! My name is ...

Bobbi Westbrook

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and mom of two with over ten years of pediatric experience. My passion is fostering connections and empowering families, particularly those navigating the unique challenges of ADHD.

Helping parents of kids with ADHD extends beyond clinical diagnosis and pharmaceutical solutions. I take a holistic lifestyle approach, one that acknowledges the connection between physical, emotional, and environmental factors in a child’s development. My belief is that every child, regardless of their challenges, possesses the innate potential to thrive.

My Mission

My mission is to bridge the gap between parents and children with ADHD and decrease their child’s ADHD symptoms. Through education, empathy, and support, I empower parents to cultivate deeper connections with their children, fostering a sense of understanding, acceptance, and resilience within the family unit.

Recognizing the multifaceted nature of ADHD, I advocate for a comprehensive approach that encompasses not only medical interventions but also behavioral strategies, dietary modifications, and mindfulness practices.
